Job summary

On Location in Los Angeles is seeking a Manager, Technology Operations to oversee the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic technology portfolio. You will coordinate governance, plan initiatives, and prepare readiness activities for launch and Games-time operations.

The role requires strong leadership, structured program management, and the ability to align technical objectives with executive audiences. You will work with Technology, Product, Engineering, Data, and Security teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technology program management or PMO.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage dependencies.
• Strong planning, risk, issue, and decision management and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day technology engagement with external program stakeholders and partner organizations.
• Lead planning and governance for assigned technology programs.
• Translate objectives into integrated plans, milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technology, Product, Engineering, Data, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Support.
• Prepare executive-ready status reports, readouts, agendas, and governance materials.
• Support UAT, release readiness, go-live planning, production launches, and Games-time operations.
