Qualifications

• 2+ years in program coordination, workforce development, education, or related admin roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; SharePoint a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve overall program performance to meet enrollment, attendance, engagement, and placement targets.
• Develop systems and workflows to boost efficiency, compliance, and participant experience.
• Analyze performance data and labor market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual deliverables and funder requirements; prepare reports.
• Coordinate with Case Management, Outreach, Employer Engagement, and other teams to support program success.
