Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations, ensuring alignment with COMPASS standards, contractual obligations, and organizational goals.
• Design, implement, and monitor program schedules, curricula, and enrichment activities to meet participant needs and funder requirements.
• Establish a safe, structured, and engaging environment for all participants.
• Design recruitment and retention strategy to meet enrollment and enrollment targets.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of program staff; conduct ongoing staff evaluations.
• Ensure staff adherence to child safety, mandated reporting, and confidentiality policies.
• Oversee weekly site-level payroll.
• Manage program performance and compliance with funder expectations and regulatory oversight.
