Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations aligning with COMPASS standards, contracts, and organizational goals.
• Design and monitor program schedules, curricula, and enrichment activities to meet participant needs and funder requirements.
• Establish a safe, structured, and engaging environment for all participants.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of program staff; conduct ongoing staff evaluations and development.
• Oversee payroll, budget oversight, and adherence to records and reporting requirements.
• Engage with school personnel, families, and community partners as the primary liaison.
