Job summary

Merakey seeks a Program Lead in Virginia Beach, VA to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned programs and ensure high-quality services for participants. The role may manage a caseload and reports to the Program Manager.

Schedule: 1st Shift, 9:00am-5:00pm; flexibility for other shifts. Earn: $20.86/hour with an Enhanced Pay option. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
• 1-3 years of experience in a human services residential setting.
• Willingness to obtain NADSP Certification within the first year, if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff on shift and serve as a point person.
• Manage house schedules with Program Manager.
• Direct Care duties including ADLs, meal prep, supervision.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management with Program Manager and QCO.
• Oversee household operations (menu, groceries, housekeeping).
• Maintain ongoing upkeep and maintenance of the home, including repairs requests.
