Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead in Virginia Beach, VA to oversee day-to-day program activities and ensure high-quality client services. The role reports to the Program Manager and may manage a caseload.

The position requires first shift hours, a 9:00am–5:00pm schedule, and flexibility to cover other shifts as needed. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a

Qualifications

• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to make quick decisions and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead staff and point person during shift.
• Prepare and manage house schedules with the Program Manager.
• Direct Care tasks including ADL's, food preparation/feeding, and required supervision.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident Management in coordination with the Program Manager and QCO.
• Oversee household needs including menu development, shopping, and housekeeping.
• Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of the assigned home.
