Job summary

Texas A&M University Health Science Center seeks a Program Manager – Interprofessional Simulation Applications to plan, organize and lead interprofessional simulations across the IPER curriculum. You will coordinate logistics, budgets, contracts, and stakeholder communication to ensure high-quality, competency-based learning opportunities for health professions learners.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and collaboration skills, with experience in managing large-scale simulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of working in higher education, particularly in health professions education, interprofessional education, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and manages day-to-day activities for interprofessional simulations.
• Develops procedures and implements logistics for administration of simulations.
• Assists in monitoring IPER budget and related contracts.
• Assists in developing strategic plans and goals for simulations.
• Works to ensure integration with IPER curriculum.
• Develops materials for simulations and coordinates with stakeholders.
• Researches and prepares presentations for conferences.
