Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Education, or other healthcare related field; three (3) years of related experience; work experience may not substitute for education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with other simulation personnel to provide learning experiences in clinical skills and simulation to meet faculty and student educational needs.
• Collaborates with faculty and simulation leadership to design and implement procedural, immersive, and distance simulation experiences aligned with course objectives and according to standards of best practice.
• Facilitates simulation sessions, including pre-briefing, scenario execution, and structured debriefing using evidence-based methods.
• Assists procedural simulation with setups, takedown, and monitoring of intensives and other procedural focused experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
