Job summary

Far Southeast Family Strengthening Collaborative seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee program staff activities, supervision, and capacity-building initiatives. The incumbent will supervise staff, ensure data entry and database management, and facilitate reporting to funders.

Qualifications

• Experience with program development and supervision is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program staff supervision and coaching.
• Develop and monitor family service plans using a strength-based approach.
• Coordinate monthly reports and funder reporting.
