Job summary

New Opportunities, Inc. is seeking a Full-time, Exempt leader to manage the Family Development Center, overseeing outreach, intake, assessments, and contract compliance.

You will supervise staff, maintain client records, and build relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to support clients in moving toward self-sufficiency. The role requires a BA/AS in Human Services with at least 4 years of case management supervision, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• B.A or A.S in Human Services with 3+ years supervising case management and developing community partnerships.
• 4+ years experience administering case management services and supervision.
• Other combinations of education and experience may meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight, and coordination for the Family Development Center programs.
• Conduct outreach to identify eligible participants and coordinate intake.
• Develop and monitor client service plans and assess progress toward goals.
• Coordinate referrals to community partners and remove participation barriers.
• Ensure confidential client data handling and timely reporting.
• Engage with community agencies to expand resources and services.
• Maintain advisory committee and ensure program compliance and quality.
