Job summary

Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is seeking a Program Lead in Reading, PA. This full-time role focuses on supervising coordinators, documenting daily activities, and ensuring program excellence across licensed and unlicensed sites.

The ideal candidate will have education in IDD/Behavioral Health, strong writing and math skills, and a collaborative, person-centered approach to service delivery. Occasional travel and flexible ISP support are required.

Qualifications

Associates Degree or sixty (60) credit hours and four (4) years experience working directly with people with IDD and Behavioral Health
Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years experience working directly with people with IDD, and Behavioral Health Diagnosis
Excellent writing, documentation, financial, and math skills
Team Player
Compliance with residential setting regulations 6400.

Responsibilities

Provides training and development for new and existing Assist Program Coordinators and Program Coordinator Team Members
On call program notes, daily case notes, goal documentation
Attend all required scheduled meetings
Work in conjunction with leadership
Mentor and provide recommendations for improvements
Monthly site inspections and documentation for all licensed sites and unlicensed sites
