Supportive Concepts for Families is seeking a Program Lead in Reading, PA to oversee training and development for program coordinators, manage daily notes and documentation, and collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality services.

Formación

• Associates Degree or 60 credit hours with 4 years' direct IDD/Behavioral Health experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years' direct IDD/Behavioral Health experience.
• Excellent writing, documentation, financial, and math skills.
• Team Player and compliant with residential setting regulations 6400.

Responsabilidades

• Provide training and development for new and existing Assist Program Coordinators and Program Coordinator Team Members.
• On-call program notes, daily case notes, goal documentation.
• Attend all required scheduled meetings.
• Work in conjunction with leadership.
• Mentor and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Monthly site inspections and documentation for all licensed and unlicensed sites.
