Oaks Integrated Care Inc. in Mount Holly Township, NJ, is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee a team delivering support and case management for adults with concurrent disorders, aiming to sustain recovery and reduce overdoses.

The role is full-time, with Monday–Friday hours and two evening shifts weekly; salary is $51,620.61 per year, with benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and flexible spending plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
• CADC or Master’s degree in health, psychology, counseling education or other behavioral health profession preferred.
• 3 years’ experience working with high needs individuals with substance use disorders preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct administrative oversight to case managers and recovery specialists in the program;
• Conducts team meetings per agency standards;
• Conducts individual supervisions per agency and licensing standards;
• Recruiting, training, and developing a highly motivated and effective team;
• Provides guidance, leadership and coaching to employees and ensures timely feedback including performance appraisals;
• Oversight of quality assurance and performance improvement activities related to contracting and agency requirements;
• Ensure programs are meeting productivity, LOS targets;
• Ensure staff are meeting agency standards for productivity based on agency’s community-based expectations;
• Communicate regularly with state-based coordinators for questions and monthly/quarterly data submissions;
• Monitor staff provision of comprehensive case management assessment that addresses life domains such as housing, finances, transportation, legal services, vocational employment, health care, and family strengths/needs;
• Provision of direct case management services to consumers, including recovery planning;
• Use engagement skills to motivate and encourage individuals to voluntarily access services that would assist them in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including referrals to higher level of care when needed;
• Provision of crisis intervention as needed.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in a human services field

Master’s degree or CADC preferred
