Oaks Integrated Care Inc. in Berlin, NJ is seeking a Program Coordinator for our adult partial care program. You will oversee direct care staff, support counselors, and help run daily operations to promote recovery and community functioning.

You will coordinate treatment planning, supervise staff, and engage with internal and external providers to ensure quality services. A bachelor's degree and two years in mental health are required, with a master's preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mental health, rehabilitation or related field and minimum of two years’ experience in providing mental health services.
• Master’s degree in mental health or human services preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct care staff and counselor duties under supervision.
• Recruit, train, and develop a highly motivated team.
• Assist in quality assurance and performance improvement activities for the program.
• Monitor group services on cognitive skills, psychoeducation, and wellness.
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers and treatment teams.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Ensure licensing compliance, record reviews and inspections.
• Maintain documentation per agency standards.
