Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care in New Jersey seeks a Case Manager Supervisor to lead a team of case managers serving adults with serious mental illness in the community. You will coordinate care, supervise staff, and ensure timely documentation while participating in on-call crisis response.

The role requires an advanced degree in a mental health field and supervisory experience; valid driver’s license and pre-employment screening are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor's in a mental health field with clinical training.
• Minimum 1 year of post-bachelor’s experience with adults who have serious mental illness.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Team.
• Provide 24/7 on-call crisis intervention on a rotating basis.
• Maintain electronic consumer clinical records reflecting services provided promptly.
• Coordinate and integrate services from multiple providers.
• Oversee community-based services for adults with serious mental illness.
