Job summary

WILLCOR Inc in Fort Meade, MD is seeking Program Integrators for Levels 1–3 to support program managers and leadership. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required, and all work is performed in-person.

The role includes monitoring and reporting on program health, cross-contract analysis, and producing PMPs, SOWs, and PMRs. Proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, slicers, pivot charts) and familiarity with Plan-It are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a business or technical focus is required.
• In lieu of a degree, PMP certification, CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, plus three years of related experience (total of fifteen years) may be substituted.
• Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel is required, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Responsibilities

• Track/schedule work across the program and across orgs/efforts.
• Coordinate with various teams and organizations.
• Understand contracts, purchasing, finance, etc.
• Develop/track measurements for success.
• WBS knowledge and supporting the Master Schedule.
• Monitor and report on project status and collaboration.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
• Communicate effectively with Government and contractor personnel including Program Managers and SAS Leadership.
