Red Arch Solutions seeks a Program Integrator in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, to provide systems engineering leadership and agile coaching. The role requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph and Scrum certification, with a strong background in SAFe/agile ceremonies and coordinating with Product Owners.

Responsibilities include developing system requirements, architecture documentation, and coordinating with government stakeholders, senior executives, and program personnel.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• High School Diploma or GED + 12 years of general system engineering experience, or Bachelor's with 7 years SE, or Master's with 5 years SE, or PhD with 3 years SE.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes requirements and ops documents to develop system requirements specifications.
• Leads design and development activities; guides users; conducts feasibility studies; integrates requirements and designs.
• Develops system architecture and design documentation.
• Guides planning for system engineering management plans and test plans; interfaces with Government on SE considerations.
• Owning the technical integrity of SE deliverables.
• Communicates with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.

Position Description: Red Arch Solutions is seeking a Program Integrator in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. TheProgram Integrator should have experience as a Scrum Coach, including Scrum certification.

Basic Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• A High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years of general system engineering experience.ORA Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus seven (7) years of systems engineering experience.ORA Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of systems engineering experience.OrA PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus three (3) years of systems engineering experience.

Position Description

• Analyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities. Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies. Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develops technical documentation. Develops system Architecture and system design documentation.
• Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
• Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
• Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.

RequiredSKILLS

• Scrum Coach-Scrum Certification
• Experience in Collaborating w/Product Owner in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and Program Increment (PI) planning events,
• Salary range for this position: $142,000 - 150,000 #CJ
