Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Integration & Execution Lead to join the C5ISR Center CSSP, driving an integrated Master Schedule and enterprise view of program execution. You will align priorities, resources, risks, and commitments across technical and functional teams to ensure executable plans and on-time delivery.

You'll collaborate with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, Quality Engineering, and customer stakeholders, establishing processes for readiness, governance, and action management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Program Management.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• 15+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PMI-SP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, or related.
• Experience with large DoD/IC programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Program Operating Picture, creating an authoritative enterprise view of program execution.
• Own and maintain the program-level Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Integrate major workstreams, customer commitments, milestones, risks, issues, decisions, actions, and deliverables across functional teams.
• Drive issues and actions to closure through clearly defined ownership, deadlines, escalation criteria, and objective evidence.
• Partner with Chief Engineer and leadership to ensure readiness, governance, and accountability.
