Job summary

Leidos' SMIT program is seeking a Program Integration Lead to oversee cost, schedule, scope, and technical performance across the CLIN 300 portfolio, coordinating project managers, technical teams, and subcontractors to deliver on commitments for the Navy Marine Corps Intranet.

You will support client engagements, prepare executive briefings, manage risks and forecasts, and ensure contractual compliance while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; eight or more years of project management experience.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Experience supporting complex IT, cybersecurity, and infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost, schedule, scope, and technical performance across the CLIN 300 portfolio.
• Coordinate a dispersed team of Project Managers and program support personnel.
• Support financial management reviews, risk management, and customer communications.
• Develop executive-level briefings and status reports for government customers.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the PM organization.
