Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Integration Lead to oversee the CLIN 300 portfolio, coordinating across project managers, technical leadership, operations, and finance. The role drives execution, governance, and customer outcomes in a complex Navy/Marine Corps IT services program.

You will support cost, schedule, scope, and technical performance, with a focus on risk, forecasting, and resource planning, while engaging government customers and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Active DoD Secret clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Experience overseeing complex IT, cybersecurity, engineering, infrastructure, or network-service programs.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, scope, technical performance, risks, and customer deliverables.
• Experience with CPFF task orders or similar cost-reimbursable contracts.
• Strong financial management, funding, forecasting, and resource planning knowledge.
• Ability to present complex information to executives clearly and succinctly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost, schedule, scope, technical performance for the CLIN 300 portfolio.
• Coordinate across project managers, technical leadership, operations, and finance.
• Prepare executive status briefs and customer communications.
• Manage risk, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Support customer engagements, program reporting, and data requests.
• Maintain integrated portfolio view of schedules, dependencies, and priorities.
