Collins Aerospace in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking an experienced Manager, Program Cost Controls to lead financial analysis, cost management, forecasting, and performance reporting for the Withheld family of programs. You will work with Program Managers and IPTLs to provide insights and ensure reporting accuracy. This onsite role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and U.S.

citizenship. Strong Earned Value Management and DoD accounting experience are essential, as is proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required before start.
• U.S. citizenship required to access financial management systems due to government requirements.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and DoD accounting/program controls.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and cost controls for the Withheld family of programs in St. Petersburg, onsite.
• Prepare weekly/monthly cost and program performance reports, including EVM cadence and LREs.
• Coordinate Baseline Change Requests and contract deliverable reports (CDRL) for external customers.
