Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience required.
• Must obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance.
• Supports all baseline development activities and development of charge numbers.
• Provides analysis and reports on performance variances to budget.
• Analyzes and reports risks & opportunities to the baseline.
• Ensures timely maintenance of the Project-Activity Structure.
• Provides timely completion of the Estimate at Complete process.
• Develops and monitors program level time-phased plan for revenue view.
• Provides financial data inputs, analysis, and applicable variance narrative.
• Provides timely invoicing and collection of customer receivables.
• Reviews status of program financials.
