Job summary

Year Up United is seeking a Program Facilitator to lead design and delivery of program solutions that connect Opportunity Youth to career-track jobs. You will oversee pilots, coordinate with partners, and guide site-based projects to enhance student success.

The role requires strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills in a fast-paced startup environment. The role reports to the Director of Central Program Delivery and participates in creating a positive educational environment with

Qualifications

Facilitate/teach and coach Opportunity Youth; 5+ years preferred.
Experience creating virtual learning communities and coaching students.
Design, deliver and assess workforce readiness curricula and trainings.
Strong communication and facilitation skills; able to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Lead collaboration with partners to align teams and support students.
Build and manage relationships with project stakeholders and share updates regularly.
Develop scalable program materials and processes for multiple projects and markets.
Make programmatic decisions to meet student and employer needs.
Document data in CRM/LMS and report trends and learnings.
Oversee other facilitators on pilots and projects.
Represent learning coach perspective with functional teams.
Contribute insights to improve future programs.
