Job summary

Year Up United seeks a Program Facilitator to lead design and delivery of program solutions that advance Year Up United’s evolving models, overseeing pilots and site-based projects. The role requires strong facilitation, communication, and adult-learning expertise to connect Opportunity Youth with career-track opportunities.

The position emphasizes teaching, coaching, coordinating with partners, and driving student success within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

At least 5+ years of experience in facilitating/teaching and coaching Opportunity Youth.
Proficient in case management documentation and support plans.
Experience creating virtual learning communities and using technology for student engagement.
Experience designing workforce readiness curriculum and trainings with asset-based adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

Delivery Lead: coordinate cross-team alignment and stakeholder communication for student needs.
Lead programmatic design and ensure replication and scale across projects and markets.
Oversee pilots and represent learning coach perspective with functional teams.
Learning Coach: deliver Career Development & Interpersonal Relations and Internship Seminar courses.
Track metrics in CRM and LMS, and support student success with coaching.
