Job summary

YearUpUnited is seeking a Program Facilitator to lead the design and delivery of innovative program solutions that connect Opportunity Youth to career-track opportunities. The role requires strong facilitation, coaching, and adult-learning skills, with responsibility for pilots, site-based projects, and cross-team collaboration.

The position emphasizes graduate-ready training, twice-weekly career development sessions, internships seminars, and ongoing Salesforce/LMS data tracking.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience facilitating, teaching, and coaching Opportunity Youth.
• Experience with case-management documentation and support-plan execution (MSW a plus).
• Experience creating virtual learning communities and coaching via technology.
• Experience designing workforce-readiness curriculum with asset-based adult-learning principles.
• Knowledge of job coaching, career counseling, job training, and enterprise staffing needs.
• Advocacy or case management experience for underserved individuals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of program solutions and pilots for scalable models.
• Collaborate with partners to align across teams and coordinate student support.
• Develop materials and processes for replication and scale.
• Manage program facilitators and provide coaching and supervision.
• Track metrics in Salesforce and LMS; report trends and learnings.
• Represent learning-coach perspective with cross-functional teams.
• Provide status updates and gather participant feedback for partners.
