Job summary

ADDMAN Engineering LLC is seeking a Program Expeditor to manage the work orders for a specific program and direct workflow through post-process areas. You will coordinate with department leads and program managers on scheduling, root cause/corrective actions, and RMAs to ensure timely completion.

This role requires maintaining the daily ship list, updating trackers, and ensuring on-time delivery while collaborating with MJF Supervisors, Leads, Project Technicians, and Shipping.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and be proficient with MS Office.
• 2-3 years Microsoft Office experience and familiarity with CAD tools.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Xometry daily ship list and communicate issues to Forecast Support Team.
• Maintain and own the Xometry tracker.
• Maintain an on-time delivery (OTD) of 97% or better per the LTA with Xometry.
• Enter data into the QA database.
• Collaborate with MJF Supervisors, Leads, Project Technicians, and Shipping.
