Job summary

ADDMAN Engineering is seeking a Program Expeditor in Carlsbad, CA to manage work orders for a specific program and direct workflow through MJF post-processing areas.

You will coordinate with department leads, program managers, and the shipping team to schedule, resolve root causes, and address RMAs, ensuring all jobs reach shipping on time. Strong attention to detail and computer proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2–3 years Microsoft Office experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/SolidWorks and/or CAD software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to navigate comfortably on computer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good eye for details.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Xometry daily ship list and update Forecast Support Team with questionable geometry, issues, concerns, and schedules that can’t be met.
• Maintain and own the Xometry tracker.
• Maintain an OTD (on time delivery) of 97% or better in accordance to the LTA with Xometry.
• Entering data into the QA database.
• Work closely with the MJF Supervisors, Leads, Project Technicians, and the Shipping Department.
• Perform work instructions as detailed on the Job Sheet.
• Visually inspect parts for defects.
• Reject any parts that cannot meet the customer’s needs and create an appendix.
• Ensure that all jobs make it to the shipping department on time.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Promote a positive work environment.
• Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned.
