Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing staff and budgets.
• Experience in a community-based or human services program preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake, assessment, and service planning processes.
• Ensure wraparound, strength-based service delivery.
