Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Program Director to oversee the Los Angeles County Program, supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring contract compliance to deliver high‑quality services for youth and families.

The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in youth services, and prior supervisory experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to foster partnerships in the community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with commensurate experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising staff and building partnerships in the LA community.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and familiarity with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake, assessment, and development of individualized service plans.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure contractual alignment.
• Cultivate relationships with referrals, partners, and stakeholders.
• Recruit, train, and supervise direct service and administrative staff.
• Provide staff development and cross-training; lead meetings and trainings.
• Manage program within budget and ensure timely reports and documentation.
