Job summary

Career Team, a leading workforce development organization, is seeking a Program Director to manage staff and oversee administration, programs, and strategic planning. The role covers TANF, SNAP, NCP, and Youth contracts and requires strong leadership and compliance experience.

This on-site position involves budgeting, coaching front-line staff, policy implementation, and coordinating performance metrics. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of leadership in workforce programs are preferred;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience required.
• 3-5 years of operational leadership and management experience with knowledge of TANF, SNAP, NCP, and Youth contracts preferred.
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to lead a team with different working styles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, including adherence to policies and procedures and program monitoring.
• Focus on budget management by monitoring expenditure rates and ensuring alignment with metrics.
• Coordinate planning and implementation of policies for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with recruiting and maintaining workforce development talent and coaching.
• Develop strategies to focus on performance objectives in daily operations.
