Job summary

ORC is seeking a remote-friendly Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of utility right of way projects across multiple states, including VA, NC, TN, KY, WV, and MD. The role emphasizes client relationships, schedule and budget governance, and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of right of way experience, including leadership across multiple projects or programs.
• Experience directing project managers or large delivery teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Direct a program of related utility right of way projects—aligning scope, schedules, budgets, and standards across the portfolio.
• Guide and support Project Managers, balancing resources and priorities across projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining frequent communication and building strong, long-term relationships.
• Own program-level reporting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Establish and enforce consistent delivery standards, tools, and processes.
• Manage program risks and escalations before they reach the client.
• Partner with leadership on staffing plans and growth for the program.
