Job summary

ORC is seeking an Utilities Project Manager to lead right of way projects for utility clients. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and quality from kickoff through closeout, coordinating a project team and serving as the main client contact. This full-time, remote role requires travel about 25% and residency in the states listed.

Qualifications

• Lead project teams or manage right of way projects, preferably in utility transmission or distribution work.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel about 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of right of way projects for utility clients—own scope, schedule, budget, and quality from kickoff through closeout.
• Direct and support a project team of agents and specialists, balancing workloads and removing roadblocks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear status reporting and building lasting relationships.
• Monitor project financials, forecasts, and staffing plans.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project guidelines, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Support proposals, pricing, and business development for new work.
