University of Houston is hiring a Program Director 2 - Office of Student Affairs Systems and Data (Law Center) to serve as the technical and data resource for the Office of Student Affairs. The director leads the development and maintenance of student records systems, enrollment workflows, and reporting processes to support academic progress and compliance.

You will build dashboards, perform data analysis, automate workflows with tools like Power Automate, and collaborate with stakeholders

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, data analytics, or a related field.
• 5 years of related experience; experience and education may substitute for each other.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical and data resource for the Law Center's Office of Student Affairs.
• Build dashboards, reports, and datasets to support compliance, accreditation, assessment, and decision-making.
• Query and analyze student data using SQL, advanced Excel, Qualtrics, and relational databases.
• Improve business processes and automate workflows.
• Oversee student records, enrollment, course registration, and graduation audits.
• Respond to complex ad hoc data requests for operational planning.
