Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Program Director to lead Guides and coach students using an AI-enhanced learning model. You will drive a coaching culture, oversee life skills workshops, and use performance data to improve outcomes weekly.

You will manage cohorts, model high standards, and ensure alignment with Alpha's mission to empower students beyond traditional instruction. This is a full-time, on-site role with relocation support across Dallas, OKC, Austin, and Fort Worth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or youth leadership.
• Experience leading a team of five or more adults with performance-based decisions.
• Proven ability to use performance metrics to diagnose problems and deliver results.
• Willingness to work in a school rejecting traditional pedagogy.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build a coaching culture where Guides develop students who love school and master academics.
• Lead life skills workshops covering communication, focus, leadership, and resilience.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvements weekly.
• Lead motivation sessions helping students own ambitious goals and achieve them.
• Maintain a student cohort and model coaching excellence and accountability.
