Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Program Director to lead Guides who coach K-8 students using AI-powered learning. You'll develop the coaching model, run life-skills workshops, and coach leaders who inspire hundreds of young lives.

You'll work on campus in Dallas, OKC, Austin, or Fort Worth, with relocation support. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in education plus leadership experience are required; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in education, learning and development, coaching or youth leadership.
• Experience leading a team of five+ adults with performance-based decisions.
• Willingness to work on campus in Dallas, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; Austin, TX; or Fort Worth, TX (relocation support provided).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency, energy, and uncompromising standards.
• Lead engaging life skills workshops covering communication, focus, feedback, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students using proven playbooks.
• Use student and Guide performance data to identify coaching opportunities, remove barriers, and drive measurable improvements every week.
• Lead motivation sessions that help every student take ownership of ambitious goals and consistently achieve them.
• Maintain your own student cohort while modeling the coaching excellence and accountability you expect from every Guide.
