Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Program Director to build and scale its coaching model for K-8 students. You will develop Guides who work directly with students, lead life-skills workshops, and coach a cohort of students to excellence.

You’ll use performance data to drive improvements, model high standards, and shape campus culture. This is a full-time, on-campus role with relocation support and six-figure potential in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in education, coaching, or youth leadership.
• Experience leading an ongoing team of five or more adults with hiring/termination authority.

Responsibilities

• Build a coaching culture where Guides develop students who love school and master academics.
• Lead life skills workshops covering communication, focus, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students.
• Use performance data to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and drive improvements weekly.
• Lead motivation sessions to help students own ambitious goals and achieve them.
• Maintain your own student cohort while modeling coaching excellence and accountability.
