Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Site Director to lead Guides, coach students, and run coaching-centric programs across multiple campuses including Dallas, Oklahoma City, Austin, and Fort Worth. This full-time, benefits-eligible role is on-site with relocation support and a strong emphasis on developing leaders who help students master life skills and academics through AI-powered learning.

You will coach a team of Guides, deliver weekly workshops, and use performance data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site or campus leadership experience with teams of five or more adults.
• Proven ability to use performance data to diagnose problems and improve outcomes.
• Willingness to work in a school that rejects traditional pedagogy.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency, energy, and uncompromising standards.
• Lead engaging life skills workshops covering communication, focus, feedback, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students using proven playbooks.
• Use student and Guide performance data to identify coaching opportunities, remove barriers, and drive measurable improvements every week.
• Lead motivation sessions that help every student take ownership of ambitious goals and consistently achieve them.
• Maintain your own student cohort while modeling the coaching excellence and accountability you expect from every Guide.
