Job summary

Sevita seeks a Program Director for IDD Services to lead daily operations of 1–4 community programs, ensuring high-quality person-centered supports, health care coordination, advocacy, and regulatory compliance. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and drive program planning to meet individual goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, plus 2–3 years of relevant experience; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current driver's license and ability to meet state requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs including services, health care, advocacy and regulatory compliance.
• Lead program staff including performance evaluations, scheduling and orientation.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure programs are engaging and person-centered.
• Be on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
