Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Social Work or related field, with a Master’s preferred and at least four years of progressive leadership in social services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.
• Masters degree preferred for advanced placement.
• Four years progressively responsible experience administering and developing social service programs.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day operations of a Corps Social Service Program (e.g., Transitional Living, Homeless Services, Emergency Services, Corps Salvage and Rehabilitation Center).
• Supervise all program staff and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Research and prepare grant proposals; secure funding and monitor expenditures.
• Build relationships with community agencies to maintain awareness of resources and referrals.
