Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Albany, GA 31705 seeks a Program Director responsible for managerial, operational and administrative duties for the youth tracking program. You will supervise staff, ensure data entry into JTS and ETO, complete discharge documentation, coordinate with funding sources, respond to crises, and ensure compliance with DJJ contracts and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 6 months' youth/family experience or 3 years related experience.
• Valid Georgia State Driver’s License with current insurance and clean record.
• Clear criminal background check by the Georgia DJJ.
• Clear drug screen results from the organization’s facility.
• Ability to deliver goal-oriented services and strong verbal/written skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts and perform in crisis situations.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all program staff, ensuring daily contacts are made by assigned Youth Trackers.
• Enter data promptly into JTS and ETO systems.
• Complete discharge information for assigned youth accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with funding sources to maximize client population levels.
• Respond to and document crises per SWK and DJJ policy.
• Maintain cleanliness, security and safety of the facility.
• Ensure compliance with DJJ contract and internal policies.
• Notify management in case of client crisis or incidents.
• Ensure staff trainings are completed within required timeframes.
• Connect youth to GPS monitoring and manage Veritracks assignments.
