Job summary

ServiceNet in Gill, MA is seeking a Program Director to lead a residential program. The role involves startup activities, staffing, and ensuring regulatory compliance while promoting a safe, meaningful life for individuals served.

The Director will supervise staff, coordinate treatment planning, and maintain certifications, with a salary of $50,079–$52,139 and on-site work at the residential program site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with supervisory/management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with developmental disabilities / brain injury population.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• MAP, PABC, CPR / First Aid certification preferred.
• Able to pass background screening (CORI).

Responsibilities

• Assist with startup of the program, setting up the house, furnishing, hiring staff, and program development.
• Oversee overall operation of the program, including licensing regulations.
• Teach and model techniques for staff.
• Ensure daily welfare and safety of individuals, including nutrition, dress, sleep, and medical/dental services.
• Oversee individual money management needs; respond to crises via on-call system.
• Participate in team meetings and ISP/Treatment Team reviews.
• Develop individualized goals, behavior and safety plans; hold regular program meetings.
• Maintain agency certifications and handle other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
