Job summary

ServiceNet in Gill, MA is seeking a Program Director to lead a PBS-based residential program. This full-time role involves startup tasks, staffing, program development, and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations while safeguarding the safety and meaningful lives of the individuals we serve.

You will supervise staff, model techniques, oversee daily welfare, coordinate ISP and treatment team reviews, and participate in regular program meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and supervisory/management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with developmental disabilities / brain injury population.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• MAP, PABC, and CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Will assist with the start-up of the program, setting up the house or apartment, furnishing, hiring staff, program development, etc.
• The overall operation of the program to include licensing regulations.
• Teach and model techniques for staff.
• Oversee daily welfare and safety of the individuals served, including nutrition, dress, sleep, medical and dental services, social services and appropriate day activities.
• Oversee individual money management needs.
• Respond to crisis via the 24-hr rotating on-call system.
• Arrange coverage when staff is unavailable.
• Participate in team meetings; ISP and Treatment Team reviews.
• Develop individualized goals, behavior plans, and safety plans.
• Hold regular program meetings and maintain certifications.
