Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking a Program Director in Greenfield, MA to lead a PBS-based residential program. The role covers program startup, staff hiring, licensing compliance, and ensuring safe, meaningful activities for residents.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree with supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and an ability to manage budgets and daily operations on-site. A driver’s license and CORI background check are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and supervisory/management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with developmental disabilities / brain injury population.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• MAP, PABC, and CPR / First Aid Certification preferred.
• Able to pass background screening (CORI).

Responsibilities

• Assist with startup of the program, setting up the house or apartment, furnishing, hiring staff, program development, etc.
• Oversee the overall operation of the program(s) including licensing regulations.
• Teach and model techniques for staff.
• Ensure daily welfare and safety of individuals including nutrition, dress, sleep, medical and dental services, and social activities.
• Oversee individual money management needs.
• Respond to crises via the 24-hr rotating on-call system.
• Arrange coverage when assigned staff is not available.
• Participate in team meetings; ISP Reviews, Treatment Team reviews, etc.
• Develop individualized goals, behavior plans, safety plans, etc.
• Hold regular program meetings and maintain agency certifications.
