Job summary

ServiceNet Inc. is seeking a Program Director in Greenfield, MA to lead a residential program using Positive Behavior Support strategies. This full-time, on-site role requires overseeing daily operations, staffing, licensing compliance, and program development to ensure safe, meaningful lives for individuals served.

The role entails coordinating staff, crisis response, budget and safety oversight, and ongoing program improvement in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with supervisory/management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with developmental disabilities / brain injury population.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable DMV record.
• Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• MAP, PABC, and CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.
• Able to pass background screening (CORI).

Responsibilities

• Assist with start-up of the program, setting up housing, staffing, and program development.
• Oversee program operations including licensing compliance.
• Teach and model staff techniques.
• Manage daily welfare and safety of individuals served, including nutrition and medical services.
• Oversee individual money management needs.
• Respond to crisis via 24-hour on-call system.
• Arrange coverage when staff is unavailable.
• Participate in team meetings and reviews.
• Develop individualized goals and safety plans.
• Hold regular program meetings.
• Maintain agency certifications.
• Perform other programmatic duties as directed by the Director of Operations.
