Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Program Director in Janesville, WI to coordinate and manage operations of residential programs, supervising DD/IDD and behavioral programs in AFHs. You will oversee 2-4 sites, with 10-12 direct reports per program and 1-4 residents per home.

The role blends administrative duties with hands-on supervision, requiring prior experience supervising staff and working with adults with disabilities, including crisis and behavioral interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Science or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years managerial/supervisory experience (hiring, disciplining, termination).
• At least 1 year of full-time direct experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• Experience with mental health preferred.
• Successful background clearance is required during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned group homes.
• Develop, maintain, and review ISPs, BSPs, or IPPs.
• Collaborate with families, case managers, and stakeholders regularly.
• Manage household and individual budgets.
