Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor9s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years managerial/supervisory experience, including hiring, disciplining, and terminating employees.
• At least 1 year of full-time, direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned group homes.
• Develop, maintain, and review ISPs, BSPs, or IPPs.
• Partner with families, case managers, and other stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Manage household and individual budgets.
• Provide on-site orientation to new staff and supervise program implementation.
