Job summary

Dungarvin in Janesville, WI seeks a Program Director to coordinate and manage operations of assigned residential programs, supervise DD/IDD and behavioral programs in AFHs, with 2-4 sites and 10-12 direct reports.

The role blends admin and direct care, requiring supervision, budgeting, training, and collaboration with families and case managers; on-site, 5 days a week with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 1 year direct experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned group homes.
• Develop and review ISPs, BSPs, or IPPs.
• Partner with families, case managers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage household and individual budgets.
• Provide on-site staff orientation and training.
• Directly train employees in program implementation.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development of all employees.
• Schedule and lead team meetings.
• Develop and implement employee schedules.
