Job summary

Dungarvin in Janesville, WI is seeking a Program Director to coordinate and manage operations of residential programs for adults with developmental disabilities. You will supervise multiple group homes, oversee ISPs/BSPs, and partner with families and case managers.

The role blends administrative duties with direct care, requiring 2+ years of management experience and a background in human services. On-site, Mon-Fri with on-call rotation is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience including hiring and disciplinary actions.
• At least 1 year of full-time experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience with crisis management and behavioral interventions encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned group homes and programs.
• Develop and review ISPs, BSPs, IPPs and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and provide on-site staff orientation and training.
• Lead team meetings and supervise 10-12 direct reports per program.
