Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Program Director to oversee residential and day programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role combines direct care with supervision to ensure person-centered supports and program quality.

You will manage staff, develop goals, coordinate operations, and ensure safety and compliance. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with on-call flexibility. A Bachelor's in human services and 1+ year direct experience, plus 2+ years in management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field is required.
• At least 1 year full-time, direct experience with participants who have developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• At least 2 years of experience in management working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Demonstrated good decision-making, time management and communication skills; responsible, mature and flexible.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Background clearance as part of onboarding/employment process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the overall assigned program(s) (residential and/or day program).
• Direct care supervision and program operations to ensure person-centered supports.
• Monitor program goals, plans, and ensure compliance and safety.
