Program Director (Provider Data Ops / Medicaid / State Master Files) - REMOTE

This role involves managing internal business projects and programs, leading cross-functional teams, and overseeing project delivery from inception to completion. The position requires strong leadership, project management skills, and experience with portfolio governance, especially in Provider Data Operations and State Master Files.

Responsibilities

1. Manage programs with staff and matrixed resources, under oversight from AVP and VP.
2. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Provider Data Operations.
3. Identify and escalate gaps in implementation and compliance.
4. Develop business cases and strategies for programs.
5. Collaborate with other units at corporate and Molina Plans.
6. Manage issue resolution processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred.
• Experience: 7-9 years required; 10+ years preferred, especially in Provider Data Operations and State Master Files.
• Skills: Advanced Excel, project management tools, leadership, and communication skills.
• Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL are preferred.
